We empathize with you and we know you will rebuild and persevere.  Notre Dame is so much more than a building or a historical artifact; it is the spiritual center of France, and steeped in history and art.  It is a citizen of the medieval world that still stands today, immortal, even when cruelly attacked.  The noble Gargoyle will still keep watch, and God’s grace will help you rebuild.
